Freshly added to the schedule for the winter is 40 min of yoga 10am on Wednesdays.
The kids are off to school, the dog is walked, the last cup of coffee is served and it's time to get a little jump start to your day. Especially with the weather cooling down and the holiday season warming up. Things can get a little hectic thinking ahead and planning for all the good things to come.
It's important to squeeze in some extra time for you to make the magic happen.
Starting Wednesday, November 27 will be 10am zoom yoga.
For beginners and experienced 40 mins of standard yoga.
