Welcome to the Spring season we've all been waiting for!
Ahhhhhh the new air that comes in this time of year.
At Yorktown Heights Yoga we remain simple and to the point.
Our base is Power Yoga but we are here to
help you build flexibility, promote healing and learn safe yoga alignment.
We strive to teach classes to help those learn that it is about the benefits
of yoga rather than comparing your practice to others.
Something that sets the practice of yoga apart from other fields of exercise, athletics and sports.
Is that there is no competition. It is about competing with your own healing.
Taking the time to balance your own yin and yang.
All on one simple mat.
In a community where others are working through similar reasons just as you.
How awesome is that? Yoga can be both intimidating and exciting!
No matter what age or body. The key to health is our routines.
Showing up for your self in the studio or wherever, time and time again will always give the balance you desire in life. Whether that is mentally, emotionally or physically.
Yoga is one of the greatest vitamins out there to incorporate into your routines.
